Luigi Mangione allegedly made upwards of 20 highly stylized sex tapes before he was arrested on charges of shooting dead a healthcare CEO in New York City.

The 26-year-old Ivy League graduate has amassed a loyal fanbase behind bars, with women reportedly throwing themselves at him as he faces charges for allegedly shooting dead UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Now, an insider has told RadarOnline about Mangione's life before prison, revealing there are 'at least 20 videos of him having sex' that he filmed and 'wanted to be watched.'

'It wasn't just some grainy, late-night mistake. It was perfect lighting, everything,' the insider claimed.

'He wanted to be watched. He got off on it. There are at least 20 videos of him having sex.'

The person went on to say 'a lot of the girls are too afraid to come forward or tell anyone for fear they might get dragged into his case somehow.'

Mangione was the subject of a widespread manhunt after Thompson was shot dead on the streets of Manhattan in the early hours of December 4 while attending a conference. 

In the weeks that followed his arrest, key details about Mangione's sex life and health battles were made public.

He had posted on his X page about having a 'pretty huge d*', in response to a post asking if anyone on the platform had a PhD. 

It also emerged that he had suffered a back injury so severe he was unable to have sex, according to his former roommate.

RJ Martin had lived with the murder suspect for six months at a Hawaii co-living space and told The New York Times of his secret agony. 

'He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn't possible. I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks,' Martin said.

He added that Mangione had a back condition called spondylolisthesis that was worsened by a surfing accident.  

'His spine was kind of misaligned. He said his lower vertebrae were almost like a half-inch off, and I think it pinched a nerve', Martin added. 

But the new insider who has shared about his sex tapes said he would often record himself in the act, and malware would also share nude pictures of himself with women he knew.

'People thought he was this misunderstood genius, but... he was filming everything like he was starring in his own private porno empire,' the source told Radar.

In the 262-word document, Mangione said that as UnitedHealthcare's market capitalization has grown, the life expectancy of Americans has not.

The document condemned companies that 'continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it.'

Mangione is from a wealthy family, with his grandfather a self-made multimillionaire who owned a luxury holiday resort, nursing homes and a radio station.

He attended the $40,000-a-year Gilman prep school in Baltimore, where he graduated as valedictorian in 2016.
