It may not have won him any awards, but Meryl Streep's nephew, Charles Harrison Streep, did once receive a police citation for a performance described by cops as 'intolerable,' and like something out of a 'porno movie,' DailyMail.com can reveal.

The 2012 police report, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, describes the lurid scene in great detail and lays Streep's checkered past embarrassingly bare.

Streep, 31, was given a citation for Disorderly Conduct /Hazardous/Physically Offensive Conduct after cops stumbled upon him having sex in front of a window when making inquiries about an unrelated assault. 

Streep was not involved in that incident but was staying at the address in question.

Earlier this week DailyMail.com revealed that Streep has hired Rudy Giuliani's personal attorney and one-time 'fixer' Randy M. Mastro to defend him in a civil suit brought by the alleged victim of a 'road rage' incident for which Streep is also facing criminal charges. 





Streep, 31, is accused of attacking David Peralta on August 24 in the Hamptons and leaving him with permanent brain damage 

The incident, which was caught on surveillance cameras, took place in East Hampton this summer when 18-year-old student, David Peralta, claims to have been choked unconscious and dashed to the ground by Streep in a vicious assault.

The younger man suffered a life-threatening brain bleed and required emergency surgery following the incident on August 24.

He now faces medical bills in excess of $130,000 and an uncertain future with permanent brain damage.

Three eyewitnesses have since come forward to give their accounts in sworn affidavits seen by DailyMail.com.

One told how they watched Streep, 'smashing Mr Peralta to the ground,' and recalled, 'I exclaimed aloud, 'Oh my God, what are you doing?' [Streep] briefly looked towards us, but almost as if he barely noticed us there and did not care.'

Now, DailyMail.com has uncovered the shocking earlier incident in which Streep seemed similarly impervious to the eyes of others.

Streep was 22 years old at the time and visiting Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. According to officers they arrived to find the second-floor bedroom lit up and the windows curtainless.

The report states that a, 'completely naked,' male and female, 'were having sex,' when a second, shirtless, male, 'popped up.'

The report reads, 'Best way to described [sic] the matter is if you put a large TV screen in the window then play a porno movie on it.'

The officers knocked on the front door then saw a rear door 'hanging open,' and so tried it. Eventually a male emerged, and officers asked him to get the 'subjects' that they had 'observed naked.'

Streep provided ID identifying himself as did his female companion who Streep told officers he was dating. He told police that, 'no other male was involved,' though admitted that his friend had been in the room and on the bed, shirtless.

The officer noted, 'The female expressed about how embarrassed she was over the matter. I advised that these things happen to a certain degree, but this ordeal was not tolerable. I mentioned to her that she is lucky that no one stood out in the street using a cell phone to adult video tape the matter.'

Both Streep and his girlfriend received citations for Disorderly Conduct/Hazardous/Physically Offensive Conduct though there was no further prosecution.

Responding to the revelation Peralta's attorney Edmond Chakmakian said, 'The more I learn about this individual, the less I am surprised by his conduct, both past and present. The man appears to be missing a 'shame' gene. His capacity for inappropriate behavior is apparently boundless.'

His words came as Streep's attorney moved to have Peralta's suit dismissed. Mastro filed the motion to dismiss minutes before midnight Wednesday - the deadline by which his client was to have filed an answer to the suit.

Instead, Mastro sought to rubbish the case against Streep in every respect, stating that the allegations were 'vague' and unsubstantiated and dismissing the notion that Streep's alleged violence was either, 'unwarranted,' or, racially motivated.

According to Mastro, '[Peralta] claims that slurs were said during the alleged attack, which says nothing about what occurred before the alleged attack that could have led to it and does nothing to demonstrate a reprehensible motive.'

Commenting on Streep's efforts to have the case dismissed Chakmakian told DailyMail.com, 'This is an absurd attempt by Streep to avoid civil liability for this vicious assault that left David Peralta with a traumatic brain injury.'

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com shortly after his alleged road-rage assault at Streep's hands Peralta claimed that the older man hurled racist abuse at him as he threatened to throw him to the ground and dismissed him as 'just Spanish.'

Peralta's parents are both from Ecuador though he was born in America where he has lived all his life.

But, in court documents seen by DailyMail.com, Streep maintains that the surveillance footage shows Peralta caused his own head injury, 'These clips show, among other things, Plaintiff [Peralta] holding Streep over his head and then slamming him to the ground, with Plaintiff causing his own head injury in the process.'

In fact, the video shows Peralta drop down low and bring Streep down with a judo-style shoulder throw. But Streep, who outweighs Peralta by 50lbs, quickly regains control of the situation and places Peralta in a choke hold until the younger man loses consciousness.

He drags Peralta from the ground while the younger man hangs limp and unconscious and his feet scrape the tarmac. Streep then hoists Peralta's body upwards before throwing him back down with some force.

One eyewitness has recalled that Streep appeared, 'full of rage…loud and angry and in fact, kept screaming at Mr Peralta even while he remained on the ground'

When Peralta regained consciousness, he was bruised and bloodied on the ground and Streep was already returning to his own vehicle.

Streep was arrested three days later and charged with felony counts of second-degree assault and second-degree strangulation before being released on a bail of $5,000.

He has pleaded not guilty on both counts. 

He has also asked for his client's case to be moved from New York's Supreme Court in Manhattan to Suffolk County court citing the inconvenience of travel for witnesses based in East Hampton.

But one close to the case told DailyMail.com that Streep may simply hope for a more sympathetic audience in the Hamptons.
