New York Jets star Sauce Gardner targeted homophobes online following the revelation that popular Twitch streamer, Sketch, performed in a gay OnlyFans porno. 

'Fun Fact: If you are homophobic then you are also apart (sic) of the LGBTQ community and just don't want people to find out,' the third-year cornerback wrote in a since-deleted post on X. 'If not, why would you care so much about what someone identify as?'

Gardner's since-deleted post came in response to criticism directed at Sketch from another streamer, Sneako.

Sketch, whose real name is Kylie Cox, is popular in gaming circles with over 1.1 million followers. His videos centered around the Madden series leading him to viral meetings with real-life NFL stars.

Online controversy raged when images of the 25-year-old engaged in adult content on the subscription site leaked to social media. Cox has since released a video admitting to performing in the videos and opening up about the torment he's faced online.

Gardner first weighed in on the controversy on Tuesday with a post supporting Sketch.

'Sketch handled the situation better than alot (sic) of people would've,' Gardner began. 

'The same ones that loved him before all of this will love him after and if they don't then they didn't really love him to begin with. People go thru tough times and it promotes growth. I stand with him.'

Sketch has stopped short of coming out of the closet, instead insisting that the videos do not represent who he really is.

'Two years ago, I did some stuff,' Sketch said in his self-shot video. 'I'm sorry if you've seen some of the stuff, you know I'm a changed person.'

He then noted that the video was going 'worse than I thought it was' before making a joking reference to the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Sketch walked away from the camera briefly and exclaimed: 'Cat's outta' the bag!'

Cox then thanked all of the people that have been 'sticking up' for him, including his parents, friends and fellow streamers like FaZe Banks.

'I understand if you're mad. S* hit the fan. I was dealing with some addiction problems, a couple of them,' he said.

Sketch then alluded to potentially suicidal thoughts, saying that if he was alone when this had happened, 'I probably wouldn't be talking to you right now.'

'The people like FaZe Banks, especially, and animal porn the friends that I've made over the past years came and saved me. I don't know what I was gonna do.'

Gardner has been making news for several reasons this off-season, including his newfound love of golf.

The former University of Cincinnati star has been soliciting tips online by recording and posting footage of his improving swing.
