EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Project Malaysia Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, a preliminary training including 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is needed prior to beginning collaborate with a kid with autism after which normal fortnightly otherwise regular supervision is provided through normal overlaps and team conferences.

Each kid at EAP is assigned a group of specialists that are overseen by a Supervisor on a fortnightly basis and a Senior Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year.
