EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Task (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that register in EAP's 6 month Manager training containing over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week duration after which they meet once a week with their Elderly Supervisor, and have bimonthly if not regular monthly Senior citizen Guidance conferences for the children on their caseload.

In addition, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 problem) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the kids that joined the intensive behavioural treatment were able to capture up and take part effectively in typical school.
